Booking a Wedding in Spain

Initial 30 Minute Consultation

We like to meet a couple for a 30 minute consultation where we will discuss your expectations for your special day. We will discuss the location and logistics for your wedding after which time we will recommend the correct planning package for you.

Booking Form

A package should be selected and a booking form signed to confirm what level of service is required. This should be faxed to our office and upon receipt, a wedding proposal will be compiled. Download Booking Form Now

Venue and Church/Blessing

When we receive your completed booking form and deposit the next step is to secure your venue and church. If you plan to come for a viewing trip, we can book a number of venues for your chosen date provisionally in advance to make sure that you are not dissapointed. After viewing which is highly recommended, you should then pay deposits to your chosen venue and church.

Suppliers

We will then send you on our recommended supplier list which will contain details for photographers, florists, musicians etc. We recommend that you book your band and photographer as early as possible to ensure their availability. You can take more time with items like flowers and decoration.

Wedding Contract

We will send you drafts of your contract throughout your planning stages, and with the final draft which you will receive one month before your wedding, we require that you and your other half sign the contract and return it to us with any last minute changes. Your contract will contain your timetable, and a full event summary with everything detailed from your flower order to your menu choices, first dance etc.
